El viudo o el conviviente sobreviviente en una pareja estable adquiere el usufructo de toda la herencia, pero puede optar por conmutarlo por una cuarta parte al\u00edcuota de la herencia, adem\u00e1s del usufructo de la vivienda conyugal o familiar.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Si no hay descendientes, hereda el c\u00f3nyuge viudo o el conviviente sobreviviente en una pareja estable.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Si el causante muere sin hijos ni descendientes y sin c\u00f3nyuge o conviviente, la herencia se difiere a los padres. Si el causante muere sin hijos ni descendientes, sin c\u00f3nyuge o conviviente y sin padres, la herencia se defiere a los ascendientes de grado m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo.
